Don't you remember that we had to wear those stupid things in Middle School for Circuit Training, Danielle. It was to measure if we were actually getting the workout that our bodies needed and to make sure we weren't overworking. I was force to sit out a few times because my heart moniter wouldn't shut the hell up(it beeps out of uncontrol when your heart rate gets too high). I remember the one year CJ had a faulty heart moniter and it registered her heart at 200bpm, so she was sent to the ER

oh i remember that...... well hearing about that. They were so annoying to wear though. but i guess that it's a good thing we had them on.
