yes i get really embarrassed whenever someone compliments me. i think it's just because i'm naturally a shy person although it doesn't seem like it whenever you are friends with me but i really am.

*shrugs* I'm almost the same way. People who don't know me think I'm quiet. People who do know me wish I was. On the other hand, I don't make friends easily, so most of my buds are either online or Jess introduced us and I couldn't escape. *grins*

Hey, depending on my mood, I can sit in with a group of friends and not breathe a word the entire time. Usually I freak people out when I do that, though.

I'm pretty sure mom said I'm too cynical for my own good, but I have a cynical father, so what the heck. I come by it naturally.
