It depends on what part of the country you're in. Around here, they usually don't saw off the horns. I found that out the hard way (bad cow tipping accident xD)

It was a few years ago. My cousins and I were extremely bored on a Friday night in the summer. So, we decided to go cow tipping in the middle of no where(not hard in a country town xD). It went well for awhile. Then, my cousin decided, "LET'S TIP A BULL!!" But, the bull got angry and chased after us. My cousin got tackled, but I managed to get the bull off of him by kicking him in the ribs. Then we hightailed it out of there xD

Ah, cow tipping is a Worthington pass time. along with snipe hunting

Although, I do know of a town that is literally only three houses. It's down towards Freeport.

Wow. xD Sounds like part of France, you wouldn't want to get an accident there: One house for about every kilometer you drive, but other than that there's nobody to call 911 when something happens. The lack of street lights doesn't make it any better to avoid deaths either.
